"How does Pickup and Delivery work? Where is Pickup?"

If you would like to map out a pickup order before placing an order with me, I totally understand that! 

 I am in the 32244, West side of Jacksonville. Depending on the size of your order, I will most likely recommend me delivering to your location. That typically guarantees a safe delivery of your delicious order! LOL My basic cake orders can be picked up directly from me. Example, a heart cake, sheet cake, a party platter. These items are usually car friendly and simply loaded up. Once you place your order with me, we will go over delivery or pick method together. I understand being unable to pickup or needing to find a halfway point (whatever the case may be), so don't fret! We will make sure to work out something that works to ensure your delicious treat makes it to your next party/event.  

"Do you have a preferred payment method?"

Cash app, Apple Pay and Cash. Unfortunately, I do not accept cards at this time. Paypal and Venmo doesn't work for me either.

YES, I do barter!

I have done cake orders in exchange for hand-made jewelry, custom cups and even a couch set for my living room(literally my favorite story to tell)! LOL Seriously, don't be nervous to chat it up with me about your hobby or something you have for sale, there's a chance we can do a swap for your cake order. 

"Do you accept last-minute orders?"

Yes, I do! Is your party this weekend? No problem, let's see what I can do. I have done basic cake orders same day so don't hesitate to communicate with me on what you need because there's a 9 out of 10 chance that I can make it work. 

"What is your Cancellation Policy?"

When booking your celebration in advance, you have 24 hours from the time your order is placed to receive a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are eligible for a 25% refund, as I typically begin shopping for supplies right away.

Most custom cakes require special items such as personalized toppers, acrylic numbers or letters, custom cutouts, and themed decorations. Let's just say... me and the Amazon app are very close! 

I understand that life happens. Sometimes parties are postponed because of rain, travel delays, or unexpected circumstances. In most cases, you'll simply choose a new party date and let me know. I'll gladly transfer your order to the new date at no additional charge. In fact, I've even had a party get canceled while I was already on the way with the cake!

My client provided the new date, and I made sure everything was updated for their celebration.

My goal is to make sure your special day is yummy(and stress-free), no matter what changes come your way. 

"Do you offer allergy-friendly sweets?"

Absolutely! I have worked with many allergies and special diets. When I first started my business, I worked with a lot of keto diets, sugar-free and even smart-sourced options for diabetics, clean eaters & cancer patients so

I am very passionate when it comes to having options for everyone.

Make sure to communicate with me exactly what is needed so I can plan accordingly. 

"Do you have a menu?"

Since 2021, I offered a monthly(sometimes weekly depending on the holiday) menu. 

Not anymore!

I have done it all and it's something I truly love. If you want a dessert, let's talk about it. Tell me your theme and I can guarantee I can come up with something sweet(or a whole spread) to match. For example, I have done dinosaur parties that need a cake, matching cupcakes and 'dirt cakes'. Or a "Berry Sweet" 1st Birthday that needs a strawberry cake, matching cupcakes and strawberry themed royal iced cookies. 

I DO have set prices for individual items and orders, but I no longer offer a menu because I am a very creative person and I know that I am capable of bringing your vision to life. With that being said, Let me see your inspiration photos or tell me what you're craving and I will build something to fit your needs! I  got you, boo!!
